Returns /Refunds

Please contact us at support@fuanique.com if you in turn to refund any goods before returning the goods. It is advisable to read the refund policy before initiating any refund. Please ensure return are addressed strictly to the return address indicated with your delivery as the use of any other address will lead to lost or delay of receipt of you return and will affect your refund.

Important Notice: Only US orders are eligible for return services on products indicated with (*) , we are not accepting returns for orders that are shipped to customers outside the US at this time.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility 
  • Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
